Joy Johnson, the owner of 4C Hair Co. and the co-owner of Cut’N Corners & Convos Barbershop in Tempe, AZ. Originally from Chicago, Illinois. Joy has been a prominent figure in the Arizona barbering scene for over 18 years. Her journey in the barbering industry began at the young age of 12, and she has since established herself as a seasoned professional. With a rich background owning multiple barber shops in both Chicago and now in Arizona, Joy has catered to a diverse clientele, including athletes, entertainers, and community members in need. Passionate about giving back, she frequently provides haircuts to the underprivileged and underserved populations while mentoring aspiring barbers and entrepreneurs.
